Graphics, texts, layouts, concepts for magazines etc. are so-called „works“ and as such they are protected under Austrian copyright law. Therefore, many services that we perform within your assignment come under the copyright law. We produce those works according to your assignment and sell you the favored rights of use. The rights of use are reproduction, distribution, exhibiting etc. We regulate the scope and purpose of use depending on the contract. Before contracting you should consider which form and duration of use you want to obtain for your product. Do not forget that every part of a product is copyrighted: photos just as texts and illustrations. As an additional service we can offer you the sale of additional rights of use after the project is finished. This mainly refers to the transfer and further use of created products for other media forms (e.g. the internet) or the use of individual parts such as photos for other products.
